Adrian Dorst

Adrian Dorst is a wilderness photographer, writer, naturalist, and Coast Watch Society board member.

His photographs not only adorn the pages of this web site, but can be found in magazines in both Canada and the United States.

Besides contributing photographs to more than 50 books, Adrian has produced several books of his own. His book Clayoquot On the Wild Side features the magical beauty of the ancient forests, scenery and wildlife of Clayoquot Sound. He recently completed the photography for a book about the Chilkoot Trail called Hiking with Ghosts and another about a kayak trip called Paddling Through Time.

Adrian resides in the seaside village of Tofino, British Columbia.

SUSAN R. WELLMAN



Susan R. Wellman is an artist,  that specializes in original artwork for sale and reproduction. Much of her work focuses on themes from nature and is created using a variety of media.

In addition to being a great painter, Susan is also conservationist, and long time Coast Watch Society supporter.

Her paintings are used exclusively on our web site and prints of her work are available for purchase to help support Coast Watch Society.

Susan's T-shirt designs have also been used extensively by the environmental community including Coast Watch Society, the Friends of Clayoquot Sound, the Sierra Club of British Columbia, People for Puget Sound, and many other non-profit organizations  to help raise funds for their projects.

Lee Mann



Lee Mann was a long time supporter of conservation causes in Washington State. He supported our work on the Blanchard Mountain Project with his photographs and environmental expertise. Lee passed away on July 21, 2011 and will be missed by all that had the honor to meet him.
